Precautions, Contraindications and Side Effects
4.3.2.1 Energy Recharge should be taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and sensible exercise program. Always read the label. Use as directed.

Directions for Use
Measure daily dose using relevant fill lines on cap provided and mix with 250ml of water or fruit juice. The dose for each day of the program is as follows:

Day 1: Fill to level 4 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice
Day 2: Fill to level 4 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice
Day 3: Fill to level 4 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice
Day 4: Fill to level 4 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice
Day 5: Fill to level 3 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice
Day 6: Fill to level 3 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice
Day 7: Fill to level 3 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice
Day 8: Fill to level 2 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice
Day 9: Fill to level 2 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice
Day 10: Fill to level 1 of measuring cap and mix with 250ml water or fruit juice

Ensure that the cap is filled no higher than the relevant measured line on the cap.

After the 10-day 4.3.2.1 Energy Recharge program has been completed, a 15-day maintenance program may be commenced to achieve optimum results. One bottle is required for each 10-day or 15-day program (different doses are used for each program – see below).

Maintenance Program: The maintenance dose is the same each day for 15 days. Fill 4.3.2.1 Energy Recharge to level 2 of the measuring caps and mix with 250ml of water or fruit juice. The maintenance program can be followed as long as desired.

Periodic Recharging: For a periodic cleansing or a simple energy boost, the 10-day program can be reinstated as often as you like.

This product contains Gluten and is not suitable for people suffering from coeliac disease. Should not be used in the first 3 months of pregnancy

Contains caffeine, 4.4mg per (250ml) serve (caffeine equivalent to a weak cup of coffee), hydroxybenzoates and sorbate(s).

Indications: May aid or assist in maintaining a balanced body when used in conjunction with a sensible diet. Contains herbs used in traditional European herbal medicine to assist with maintaining a healthy balanced body and feeling energised.
